Welcome. This is the Internet home of the Ban Mercury Working Group (Ban Hg-Wg), an international network of activists working to end pollution from the toxic metal -- mercury. The Mission of the Ban Hg-Wg is to engage and participate collectively in the United Nations Environment Program's Global Mercury Assessment to ensure that:
